REAL MEN READ
Students will not only get to hear a jolly gentleman read but see that REAL MEN do read and value education. REAL MEN READ also encourages literacy skills and demonstrates the importance of volunteerism.
Why is REAL MEN READ important?
Boys typically read with much less proficiency than girls and between 40 and 50 percent of local low-income third graders cannot read at grade level. You can help change that. Share the joy of reading. Be a role model. Be a hero.
